What is this?

Readiness Reframed is a short, anonymous survey for women in frontline roles. It asks how your work, your kit and your conditions meet your body's needs — and turns what women say into commitments your organisation reports back on.

You know what your job asks of you. Some things help you do it well. Others make it harder than it needs to be. Share what works, what gets in the way and what needs to change — then tell us whether it's made a difference.

How it works

  1. 01

    You share

What helps, what gets in the way and what you want changed.

  2. 02

    Experiences are brought together

Reviewed group findings protect individual contributions.

  3. 03

    Your organisation responds

    See commitments, owners and dates.

  4. 04

    You say whether it helped

Follow-up checks whether women experience a difference.

It might be the everyday things

What works well matters too, not only what gets in the way.

Your choice

Taking part is voluntary. No account, name or employee number. Skip optional questions and stop at any time.

Clear about privacy

In a live service, leaders would only see reviewed group findings, never individual answers, and groups smaller than 10 would not be shown. In this demo, answers stay in your browser.

A response you can see

The organisation publishes what it heard, what it will do, who owns each action and when it will report back.

What’s already changing
